Yearning

"Watching it again?" Yuna asked Rihito, who was standing by the window. "Yeah, that star is special to me." He replied, still gazing up at the sky.

There was a star where Rihito's gaze fell. It shone brightly, a stark contrast to the city lights that often dimmed the starry sky.

Without a word, she sat next to him and looked at the same star.

Since he was young, he loved looking up at the sky. He believed that as an adult, he would unravel all the mysteries of the universe.

She knew his dream. She knew his longing for the stars.
