Morning Tasks

The alarm rings and I open my eyes. After hitting snooze twice, I finally manage to get up. The light streaming in through the window urges me to hurry up.

I leave the bed and head to the bathroom for a quick makeup routine. My closet is full of rather flashy clothes, but today, like most days, I choose a simple suit.

The sound of bread toasting. The coffee maker works quietly. I spread a little jam on the toast and wash it down with coffee.

Another usual day begins.
