Bluff

A band of light sways on the horizon.
Is it real or an illusion?
The small, low tone that resonates in the Garden of Bluffs is beautiful.

The ground gives way.
A cold wind brushes against my back.
There's no front or back.

Someone reaches out their hand.
That's the signal for everyone to reach out their hands.
Did they touch something?
Someone's hand must have touched something.

When I came to, the sound had disappeared and I could no longer see anything around me.
I kneel down as if to check the ground.
I feel something moving.
